Whilton Mill, We knew we could win the championship this weekend a round early if we had the right results and other competitors had the results we needed to win. On the Saturday we was very fast but it was wet and all the set up we had, would not be needed as Sunday was dry. But this didnt let this put us down and we was in a more comfortable position after the first heat with a win, 2nd heat had to come from last to 11th and the 3rd heat we started 18th and finished 4th. This put me on 2nd for the final. I knew all i had to do was come in the top 15 to win the championship and i did it by going onto win the final. I am so happy i won it so early as it gives us a weekend off.
